Booking Policy

Please try to show up early for our barbers so we don’t run behind on appointments. We try to get everyone on their selected time but we may run behind if clients do not give us a heads up. As such we created some booking policies to help reduce the stress off our barbers and clients. They are as follows -

• 10 minutes or later there will be a late fee

• 15 minutes appointment will be cancelled and be charged a full service

• Call ahead if you will be running 5 minutes behind

• Cancel 10 hours before so we can fill the gap for our barbers

• No Call No Shows will be charged full price

• If card on file does not have sufficient funds you will be blocked from making future appointments
